US Children/Teens Who Have Spent More than Four Hours Daily Using Electronics Devices Before vs. During the Coronavirus Pandemic, by Age, June 2020 (% of respondents in each group)


Data is from July 2020 the Global Myopia Awareness Coalition (GMAC) survey conducted by Ipsos. 2,007 US parents with children under 18 were surveyed online during May 29-June 2, 2020. Respondents included 470 parents with a child less than 5 years old, 603 parents with a child 5-10 years old, 339 parents with a child 11-13 years old, and 595 parents with a child 14-17 years old. The data was weighted to be representative for gender, age, ethnicity/race, region, and education. The Global Myopia Awareness Coalition (GMAC) is a coalition of companies/health care associations who raise awareness about childhood myopia.
