Data is from the August 2018 In-House Agency Forum (IHAF) "In-House Agencies Today: 2018 IHAF State-of-the-Industry Report" in partnership with Forrester Research. 325 US companies from various industries were surveyed during spring-summer 2018. Respondents identified their company focus as B2B (25%), B2C (21%), both (49%) or don't know (5%) with annual revenues of $1 million or more.
