Methodology

Data is from the January 2019 Ipsos and World Economic Forum report titled "Global Citizens & Data Privacy." 18,813 adults in 26 countries ages 16-64 (ages 18-64 in Canada and the US) were surveyed online during October 26-November 9, 2018. Between 500 to 1,000+ individuals participated on a country by country basis via the Ipsos Online Panel. Data are weighted to match the profile of the population.
