Sources that Should Take the Lead in Solving the Problem of Fake News* Ads According to US Marketers, Nov 2017 (% of respondents)

Description

83% of US marketers surveyed in November 2017 believed that publishers/media companies should take the lead in solving the problem of fake news. In comparison, fewer respondents think that social media platforms, technology partners, brands/advertisers, search platforms, or agencies should take the ... lead.

Methodology

Data is from a December 2017 Society for New Communications Research of The Conference Board (SNCR) survey as cited in company blog. More than 100 predominantly US-based advertisers, marketers and social media managers were surveyed during August-November 2017.
