Online consumers from around the world were asked about how much they trust a brand's message and in how many channels they had previously seen that message.

Methodology

Data is from the June 2019 Edelman "2019 Edelman Trust Barometer Special Report: In Brands We Trust?" 8,000 mobile internet users worldwide ages 18+ were surveyed on their mobile device during April 11-26, 2019. 1,000 internet users were surveyed from each of the following countries: Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, the UK and the US.
