US digital devices users are more likely to make a purchase, become loyal to the brand and recommend the brand to others as a result of seeing personalized messages or content from brands.

Methodology

Data is from the February 2019 Adobe "2019 Adobe Brand Content Survey" in partnership with Advanis. 1,000 US digital device users ages 18+ were surveyed during December 18-20, 2018. All respondents owned at least one digital device, such as a desktop/laptop, smartphone or tablet. Advanis is a market research firm.
