B2C marketers were asked what challenges they think D2C Brands are facing.

Methodology

Data is from the December 2019 The CMO Club and Epsilon report titled "What All Brands Can Gain From the New DTC World." 74 marketing executives worldwide from non-direct-to-consumer brands were surveyed during July-August 2019. Respondents were either CMOs or head of marketing. The geography of the respondents was Europe (9.56%), North America (54.05%), South America (6.76%) and rest of the world (29.73%).
