Description
This survey question asked online shoppers whether they make exchanges to replace the items they bought online. Respondents also provided why they replaced their items at other retailers.Methodology
Data is from the September 2019 Narvar report titled "The State of Online Returns in 2019." 3,519 digital buyers ages 19-65 in Australia (n=506), France (n=500), Germany (n=503), the UK (n=1,009) and the US (n=1,001) were surveyed online during the summer of 2019. Each buyer made at least one return from an online purchase in the past year. Narvar is a shipping and delivery solutions platform for retailers.Chart Title
