Methodology
Data is based on a February 2022 PYMNTS report titled "Account Opening And Loan Servicing In The Digital Environment" conducted in collaboration with Finicity. A U.S. Census-balanced panel of 2,303 US consumers were surveyed during December 6-12, 2021. Respondents were 47 years old on average, 52% were female, and 32% held college degrees.Chart Title
