US CMOs were asked if their company's use of online customer or third-party data has changed in the past two years vs. the next 2 years. Responses include increasing use, about the same or decreasing use.
Data is from the August 2018 Duke University's Fuqua School of Business "The CMO Survey: Highlights and Insights Report – August 2018" commissioned by American Marketing Association (AMA) and Deloitte. 324 US marketers were surveyed online during July 17-August 7, 2018. 95.3% of respondents were VP-level or above.
