Methodology
Data is from a November 2022 Pew Research Center study as cited in company blog. 6,034 US adults ages 18+ from the American Trends Panel (ATP) were surveyed online during July 5-17, 2022. The respondent set was weighted to control for oversampling of certain groups, and ensure they reflect their correct proportions in the population. The American Trends Panel is a nationally representative panel of randomly selected US adults. Panelists who do not have internet access at home are provided with a tablet and wireless internet connection. Interviews are conducted in both English and Spanish. The margin of sampling error for the full sample is +/-2 percentage points.
