Description

This chart shows the time spent on various media or platforms by internet users in Canada ages 18-37 during an average week. Canadian millennials spend their time on YouTube, Netflix, Facebook, Instagram and live TV among other media.

Data was provided to eMarketer by Abacus Data.

Methodology

Data is from the April 2018 Abacus Data "Canadian Millennials Report." 2,000 millennial internet users ages 18-37 in Canada were surveyed online during December 27, 2017-January 8, 2018. The margin of error for a random survey of this size is +/-2.2 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
