Description

The chart shows what trends millennial B2B decision-makers in the United States believe will have the biggest impact on their workplace or role. Trends include workplace benefits (flexibility, telecommuting, etc.), data privacy, rising use of data/analytics, digital transformation, workplace ... automation, sustainability, AI, societal issues and causes, VR, gig employment and blockchain.

Methodology

Data is from the November 2019 Ketchum "Millennial B2B Survey." 1,001 US millennial B2B decision-makers ages 23-38 were surveyed online during September 4-13, 2019. Respondents are managers (56%), directors (23%), VP/SVP (8%) and C-level or above (13%). Data has a margin of error of +/- 3 at a 95% confidence level.
