Methodology
Data is from the January 2018 IRI report titled "Consumer Connect Q4 2017: The Evolving Role of E-commerce in CPG Today." 2,000 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online in December 2017. Respondents identified their age as 18-24 (1%), 25-34 (18%), 35-44 (18%), 45-54 (19%), 55-64 (20%) and 65+ (23%). Respondents were female (71%) and male (29%). Respondents identified their income as under $35,000 (27%), $35,000-$54,999 (20%), $55,000-$99,999 (24%), $100,000+ (19%) and chose not to provide (10%).
