Methodology
Data is from the August 2020 Braze report titled "The Future of Retail: Opportunities for Brands in the New Normal" conducted by Wakefield Research. 8,000 adults worldwide ages 18+ were surveyed online during July 3-13, 2020. Respondents were surveyed across ten markets: US (n=2,000), UK (n=2,000), France (n=500), Germany (n=500), Singapore (n=500),
Indonesia (n=500), Malaysia (n=500), Thailand (n=500), South Korea (n=500), and Australia (n=500). The data has been weighted to ensure an accurate representation of adults for each country. Braze is a provider of mobile app engagement marketing services.
