The No. 1 personal concern among Gen Z is climate change, cited by 28% of adults ages 18 to 25 worldwide. Unemployment and healthcare/disease prevention are also leading sources of their anxiety, which is unsurprising given that some of this cohort came of age during the COVID-19 pandemic.
