Methodology

Data is from the June 2021 Deloitte "The Deloitte Global 2021 Millennial and Gen Z Survey: A call for accountability and action." 22,928 adults from 45 countries across North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia were surveyed online during January 8-February 18, 2021. Respondents include 14,655 millennials and 8,274 Gen Z. As defined in the study, millennials were born during 1983-1994 and Gen Z were born during 1996-2003.
