Methodology
Data is from the October 2025 Verily report titled "Patient Survey on Health Records" conducted by The Harris Poll. 2,000 US adults ages 18+ were surveyed online during July 11-22, 2025. Respondents owned a smartphone and made the majority of healthcare decisions. Data is weighted to be representative of age, gender, race/ethnicity, region, educational attainment, household income, household size, marital status, employment status, and smoking status. The margin of error is +/-2.9 percentage points at the 95% confidence level.Chart Title
