More Than 60% of US Mobile Banking Users See Value in Life Stage-Specific Mobile Features

More Than 60% of US Mobile Banking Users See Value in Life Stage-Specific Mobile Features

Note

Respondents were asked, "How valuable would the following features be to you if you could access them from your mobile banking app?"

Methodology

Data is from the September 2024 EMARKETER Survey titled "US Mobile Banking Emerging Features Benchmark." 1,392 mobile banking users in the US were surveyed during September 5-September 17, 2024. This survey was conducted to gauge consumers’ preferences and the value they place on 35 innovative mobile banking features. Respondents to the online survey were mobile banking users who accessed their account(s) in the past three months and are active at least every quarter. They were selected to closely align with the US population on the criteria of age (among ages 18 to 78), gender, household income, and race. The survey was fielded by a third-party sample provider. Data has a margin of error of +/-2.6 percentage points at the 95% confidence interval.
