Methodology

Data is from the September 2017 Salesforce "2017 Connected Shoppers Report" conducted by The Harris Poll. 9,400 internet users worldwide ages 18+, including 2,011 in the US, were surveyed online during August 4-8, 2017. The global survey encompasses 8 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, the UK and the US.
