Methodology
Data is from the July 2020 CommerceNext report titled "The Big Pivot: How Traditional and Digital-first Retailers Re-prioritized Marketing Investments in the Wake of COVID-19" sponsored by Exponea. 111 US senior-level marketers were surveyed online during January 2020. An additional survey was given to 75 US senior-level marketers online during June 2020.
