Description
This chart shows US adults' level of credit card debt, broken out by those who have none, under $5,000, increments between $5,000-50,000, $50,000 or more, and by generation including gen z, millennials, gen x and baby boomers.Methodology
Data is from the April 2019 Morning Consult "National Tracking Poll #190331." 4,400 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online during March 13-17, 2019. Data was weighted by age, race/ethnicity, gender, educational attainment and region. The margin of error is +/-1 percentage points.Sources
