EMARKETER Names Jenna Snyder Chief Growth Officer
Newly created role brings Growth Marketing and Media Solutions under unified leadership to accelerate audience engagement and business growth
NEW YORK, (October 22, 2026) — EMARKETER, the leading provider of data, forecasts, and insights for the marketing, advertising, and ecommerce industries, today announced the promotion of Jenna Snyder to Chief Growth Officer. In this newly created role, Snyder will oversee the company’s Growth Marketing and Media Solutions teams, focusing on expanding audience reach, accelerating subscription growth, and strengthening EMARKETER’s market position.
Snyder will retain her responsibilities as General Manager of Media Solutions. The new leadership structure aligns EMARKETER’s commercial strategy and positions the company for continued growth in 2027.
“Over the past year, Jenna and her team have delivered outstanding results in a challenging business environment, including a 50% increase in attendance at our 2nd Future of Digital Summit and significant growth in Media revenue,” said Matthias Braun, CEO of EMARKETER. “These accomplishments reflect Jenna’s exceptional leadership and ability to identify new opportunities for growth. I’m excited to see the impact she’ll have in this expanded role.”
The appointment comes as EMARKETER celebrates its 30th anniversary, launched three new AI experiences, and recently completed its acquisition of RetailX’s research arm, expanding its proprietary research, expert analysis, and industry-leading content.
“Our newsletters are often a first introduction to EMARKETER, while also serving as a powerful demand-generation platform for our advertisers. With this new structure, we can create new opportunities to engage audiences, strengthen our brand, and drive growth across the business,” Snyder said.
A key priority for Snyder will be developing innovative audience acquisition and demand-generation strategies that capitalize on EMARKETER’s expanding events business, digital platforms, content offerings, and AI integrations.
“As traditional acquisition channels become less predictable, we see a tremendous opportunity to rethink how we reach and engage prospective customers,” Snyder added. “By experimenting with new strategies and better leveraging our existing platforms, we can build stronger connections with our audiences and accelerate subscription growth.”
