The trend: Millennials accounted for nearly half (46%) of all patient bookings on Zocdoc’s platform this year, per Zocdoc’s just-released annual report on consumer booking behaviors. Gen Z (30%) ranked next highest, followed by Gen X (16%) and Boomers (8%).
Why it matters: Millennials (ages 29 to 44 in 2025) are the largest US generation in the workforce. Many are also juggling being parents of young children and caring for older loved ones.
