Almost all US executives trust AI to handle some business for customers

Key stat: Almost nine in 10 (87%) US executives are comfortable with agentic AI taking over some number of decisions and tasks for customers, according to February data from NLX and QuestionPro.

Beyond the chart:

  • 57% of US executives plan to implement customer-facing agentic AI this year, per NLX and QuestionPro.
  • Only 24% of consumers are comfortable sharing data with an AI shopping tool, according to EMARKETER and CivicScience data.
