Product Categories in Which US Adults Switched* from a National Brand to Regularly Purchasing a Private Label Brand, Jan 2022 (% of respondents)
Data is from the January 2022 Insider Intelligence report titled "Private Label Flash Survey" conducted by Bizrate Insights. 1,043 US adults ages 18+ were surveyed online during January 3-11, 2022. Respondents identified as female (73%), male (27%), and listed their ages as 18-34 (11%), 35-54 (39%), and 55-65+ (51%). Respondents were members of Bizrate Rewards, the Bizrate Consumer Panel operated by Bizrate Insights, which is comprised of over 2 million panelists who provide feedback based on their experiences and opinions. At the time of joining the panel, each panelist stated they had shopped online. The Bizrate Rewards panel is comprised of a broad demographic profile which represents a sampling of all ages, education levels, genders, and incomes.
