Social Commerce Buyers in Canada, by Age, Sep 2020 (% of respondents in each group)

Methodology

Data is from a December 2020 Shopify report titled "The Future of Commerce 2021." 10,055 adults in 11 countries were surveyed online during September 9-28, 2020. 1,000 respondents were surveyed in each of the following countries: Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Spain, the UK, and the US, except in Australia (n=803), and New Zealand (n=216). The data was weighted using census data by gender and age to ensure that the results were representative of consumers in each country. All respondents made a purchase during March-September 2020.
