Description
The chart shows the TV advertising spend for 125 direct-to-consumer brands from 2015 to 2018.
Methodology
Data is from the June 2019 VAB report titled "Direct Outcomes: Analyzing The 'Big Bets' DTC Brands Are Making On TV." Ad spending data comes from VAB analysis of Nielsen Ad Intel data. TV spend includes national cable TV, broadcast TV, Spanish-language cable TV, Spanish-language broadcast TV, spot TV and syndication TV.
