Methodology
Data is from the April 2018 Forrester Consulting report titled "Master Mobile Measurement to Transform Customer Relationships" commissioned by Tune. 300 decision-makers in mobile and digital marketing at 300 US organizations were surveyed during December 2017-January 2018. Tune is a provider of software for mobile marketing management and measurement.
