Methodology
Data is from the March 2018 Bond Brand Loyalty "The Loyalty Report 2018" in partnership with Visa. Over 50,000 consumers ages 18+ in 18 markets in Europe, Latin America and North America were surveyed. Internet users in North America (n=11,000+ in Canada and n=16,000+ in the US) were surveyed during December 2017-January 2018. Respondents in Europe (n=13,000+) and Latin America (n=10,000+) were surveyed during October-November 2017. The sample roughly resembles national proportions on age, sex, income, family and marital status, education and region.
