Data is from a June 2022 Insightly and Ascend2 report titled "The State of CRM." 511 US B2B professionals were surveyed online during April 2022. Companies had 50-500 employees. Respondents work in marketing (33%), sales (32%), sales/revenue/marketing operations (20%), and customer success/support/service (15%).
