Methodology

Data is from a February 2022 DPDgroup report titled "E-shopper barometer 2021." 45,235 digital buyers ages 18+ in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK were surveyed online during June-August 2021. Data for Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, and Russia is representative of internet users ages 18+ in each country. Data for all other countries is representative of the population ages 18+ in each country.
