Description
This chart shows which video-related activities adults in the United States are doing more frequently now than they were prior to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Activities listed include watching various subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) services (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Amazon Prime ... Video), watching TV (broadcast and cable), playing video games (Playstation, Xbox or Nintendo), renting pay-per-view (PPV) movies/shows and going to the movies.
Methodology
Data is from a March 2020 Hub Research report titled "TV and Social Distancing" 1,276 US TV viewers ages 16-74 were surveyed online during March 18-19, 2020. Data was weighted according to the US Census.
