Which Delivery Method Do Internet Users in France Prefer for Purchases Made During "French Days"? (% of respondents, April 2019)

Internet users in France were asked which delivery method they prefer for purchases made during "French Days". Delivery methods included are home delivery, pickup points, click & collect, delivered to work, drive-through pickup point and deliver to a locker.

Note

"French Days" are a promotional period spanning over several days in France. They are held twice a year, in the fall and spring. "French Days" are organized by several French online retailers in a response to Black Friday.

Methodology

Data is from the April 2019 Mondial Relay and Oxygen report titled "Notoriété et intention de profiter des 'French Days'" conducted by ifop. 1,004 internet users ages 18+ in France were surveyed online during April 18-19, 2019. A quota sampling method was utilized to represent the population ages 18+ in France.
