This report outlines worldwide benchmarks for Google Shopping across retail verticals. This chart displays Google Shopping metrics such as average order value, click through rate and conversion rate for 10 different industries.

Methodology

Data is from the March 2019 Sidecar "2019 Benchmarks Report: Google Ads in Retail." Sidecar examined hundreds of US retailers with active campaigns in Google's paid search and shopping channels for full years of 2017 and 2018. Findings are based on Google Ads data during January 2019. Sidecar examined retailers of varying sizes across 14 verticals. All desktop segmentation in the analysis included tablet data.
