Methodology

Data is from the November 2018 The Relevancy Group and Zeta Global report titled "Consumer Holiday Attitudes and Marketing Behaviors." 1,010 US internet users ages 13+ were surveyed online during October-November 2018. The respondents were female (54%) and male (46%). The mean age was 45.4 years and the average annual income was $80,000. On average, the respondents had 2 email accounts. The Relevancy Group is a provider of research, survey design and consulting. Zeta Global is a customer life-cycle marketing company.
