Methodology
Data is from the November 2018 Cision and PRWeek "2018 Global Comms Report: Challenges and Trends." 410 senior-level communication and marketing professionals worldwide were surveyed online during June 27-August 9, 2018 by Bovitz. Respondents were from Canada, China (including Hong Kong), France, Germany, Sweden, the UK and the US. Results are not weighted and are statistically significant at the 90% and 95% confidence level. Cision is a provider of software, services and tools to the public relations and marketing industry.
