Methodology

Data is from the April 2018 Evergage and Researchscape International report titled "2018 Trends in Personalization." 300 marketers from 5 countries and 19 different industries were surveyed online during February 22-March 28, 2018. Respondents identified their company focus as being B2B (41%), B2C (20%) or both (38%) and are located in Canada (2%), Germany (2%), India (2%), UK (2%) and US (93%) with annual sales of less than $1 million (14%), $1-9 million (9%), $10-49 million (15%), $50-99 million (12%), $100-499 million (14%), $500-999 million (10%) and $1 billion or more (26%). Evergage is a platform that provides real-time web personalization.
