Methodology
Data is from the April 2018 Bazaarvoice report titled "Get personalization right or risk driving shoppers away" conducted by Research Now SSI. Over 1,000 US digital shoppers ages 18+ were surveyed online in January 2018. Respondents self-identified as having digitally shopped in the past month for products in apparel and accessories, auto parts and accessories, health and beauty, home improvement and sporting goods.
