Methodology
Data is from the April 2018 Avionos "The 2018 Consumer Expectations Report." 1,409 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online in December 2017. Respondents were female (61%) and male (39%). Respondents identified their ages as 18-22 (12%), 23-27 (12%), 28-36 (12%), 37-44 (12%), 45-52 (13%), 53-62 (13%), 63-71 (13%) and 72+ (13%). Avionos is a digital services and solutions provider focused on connected customer engagement.
