Methodology
Data is from the May 2017 American Express report titled "Raising the Bar: How Gen Z Expectations Are Reshaping Brand Experiences" conducted by Forrester Consulting. 1,027 internet users in North America ages 16-37 (including 510 ages 16-22 and 517 ages 23-37) were surveyed online in March 2017.
