Data is from the September 2016 Sensis "e-Business Report 2016: The Online Experience of Small and Medium Enterprises." 1,002 small (1-19 employees) and medium-sized (20+ employees) businesses in Australia were surveyed via telephone during May 26-June 30, 2016. Quotas were set on geographical location and type of business. The sample excludes the businesses in the agricultural sector. In addition, 800 consumers ages 18+ in Australia were also surveyed during May 26-June 30,2016. Respondents were weighted to represent a cross-section of the total population.
