One-third of US adults use AI agents for discovery

Key stat: 33% of US adults now use personal AI agents either regularly or frequently to discover or interact with brands, according to July 2025 data from Cordial and Dynata.

Beyond the chart:

  • Almost 4 in 10 (38%) consumers are most comfortable delegating language translation to AI agents, more than personalized shopping recommendations (21%) and decision-making support (17%), according to a February survey from Auth0.
  • Post-purchase, 71% of consumers are most interested in using AI agents to answer questions for faster customer service, per a December 2024 survey from Salesforce.
