Meta puts Facebook’s community content at the center of AI discovery

The news: Meta announced this week it will introduce AI Mode on Facebook, using Meta AI to surface answers drawn from public posts, including user-generated content (UGC) from Groups and Reels, per TechCrunch.

Meta is also rolling out generative tools to edit photos and videos, another bid to keep users on their platforms longer.
