Methodology
Data was compiled from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warning and untitled Letters database from January 2021-August 2026 and a Jan 2026 King & Spalding article titled "2025 Year in Review: FDA Drug and Device Advertising and Promotion Enforcement," covering prescription drug and biologic advertising and promotion by pharmaceutical and biologic manufacturers. Letters involving compounded or other unapproved drugs were excluded.Chart Title
