Methodology

Data is from the July 2026 American Medical Association (AMA) Center for Digital Health & AI "AMA Multi-Country Study on Consumer Wearable Data in Clinical Practice." 2,222 physicians in North America and Europe were surveyed online during January-March 2026. Respondents represented a broad range of specialties, career stages, and practice settings in the Canada (n=300), France (n=301), Germany (n=300), Spain (n=301), the UK (n=300), and US (n=720), with approximately 60% primary care and 40% in mixed specialties, including cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, and pulmonology.
