Methodology

Data is from the DHL report "2026 E-commerce Trends Report." 29,000 digital shoppers in 29 countries and 5,800 businesses worldwide were surveyed during December 15th 2025 and February 11th 2026. Respondents were required to have engaged in online purchasing or selling within the last three months prior to the survey.
