Methodology

Data is from the February 2026 Altman Solon "Global Sports Survey (7th Edition): The Future of Sports Media" conducted by IRIS Sport. 6,000 sports fans ages 18+ were surveyed in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, and the US. In addition, 250 senior sports executives (teams/leagues, rights owners, media companies, etc.) were surveyed worldwide. Both surveys were conducted during December 2025.
