Methodology
Data is from the July 2024 UBS "Global Wealth Report 2024." Data is an analysis on the 56 markets UBS estimates to represent over 92% of the world’s wealth in 2022. UBS defines net worth or “wealth” as the value of financial assets plus real assets (principally housing) owned by households, minus their debts. Additionally, the Forbes annual global list of billionaires is used to improve the estimates of wealth holdings above $1 billion. Additional data was provided to UBS by PwC Switzerland.Chart Title
