Methodology
Data is from the September 2023 Economist Impact report titled "Byte-sized banking: Can banks create a true ecosystem with embedded finance?" commissioned by Temenos. 300 retail, commercial, and private banking executives worldwide were surveyed during June-July 2023. Respondents were located in Europe (25%), North America (23%), Asia-Pacific (18%), Middle East and Africa (17%), and Latin America (17%). Respondents were in various job functions, including IT, customer service, finance, marketing and sales, strategy and business development, and general management, among others.
